My husband and I, and people working with us, treat all our guests as warm as possible. We are a small lodge with just a few bungalows designed to represent the "pura vida" life in Costa Rica. If you look for good vibe, that's the place to be.

Featuring an outdoor swimming pool within lush gardens, jungle yoga studio and surf school on site, Funky Monkey Lodge is located only 200 meters from Santa Teresa Beach, set back form the street for peace and quiet. Free and fast Wi-Fi access is available.
There is a variety of rooms for different budget, some rooms offer views of the pacific ocean or a garden view with monkey's jumping on trees. Private bathrooms come with a shower.
At Funky Monkey Lodge you will find an open-air restaurant with communal area to hang out. We are happy to help arranging any activity available in the area as well as transportation form ant do the loge. The property offers free and safe parking.
A general supply store, boutiques and bars can be found within a short walk, Santa Teresa beach is 4 min. walk and Playa Carmen is 2 km from the property. Cabo Blanco Nature Reserve and Montezuma waterfalls can be reached within a 40 minutes’ drive.
